Food Engineering Sustainable Food Processing Laboratory Has Been Opened


New Laboratory has been opened at Sakarya University Food Engineering with the
participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Hamza AL. This event has been organized by Dr. Öğr. Üyesi
Semanur Yıldız and her team. In this laboratory will be studied food processing technologies,
alternative proteins and sustainability.
