Artificial intelligence research group was established by Sakarya University Engineering Faculty. The group will work in the field of artificial intelligence and will work in coordination with student communities and the Center for AI Research. The first meeting on 04.10.2017 held with the Innovation Student Group and started to be structured.
The team will work on any field where artificial intelligence can be used but primarily in priority areas identified by the SAU BAPK. The priority areas of the BAPK can be accessed from the following link.

At present, artificial intelligence based medical device development projects are continuing and the first doctorate thesis has been completed within these studies. Also, master's thesis is continuing. In order for the undergraduate students to participate actively, artificial intelligence trainings are given to the students and it is tried to ensure that they are involved in the project and in this area.
